Darren Gordon – Executive Producer / Owner
Producing has always been in Darren’s blood, this was clearly showcased when he won ‘best producer of the year’ three years running during his tenure at AFDA.
With over 20 year’s experience in the industry, during which he has produced the award winning film ‘Soldiers of the Rock’ as well some of the countries most loved and awarded commercials. He has being nominated on various local and international award judging panels as well was elected as an Exco member of the CPASA (Commercial Producers Association of South Africa). Darren is a walking talking encyclopaedia of movies and music, and together with his production prowess is a formidable film maker.
Ayanda – Producer
Ayanda’s film career started in front of the camera as a model and actress, but she quickly became curious about the happenings behind the lens.
Organising and taking charge comes naturally to her, and so producing is a perfect fit.
Her multifaceted understanding of production comes from her journey from production house intern, to agency producer, to post-production, and now, to producing at They.
A career highlight has been judging both the D&AD and Ciclope Awards. Ayanda embraces learning, growing, and is striving to make her mark as one of the most relevant and sought-after producers in the field.
